Poppy Appeal 2013: Pop concert begins fundraising bid

A pop concert for families with those in the armed forces will kick off this year's Poppy Appeal, which aims to raise £37m.

Acts including The Saturdays, Union J, Tich, and Luminites will take part in the event at RAF Northolt on Thursday evening.

The Duchess of Cornwall also visited The Poppy Factory in south-west London, where poppies are made.
