Leading barrister Helena Kennedy: "Keep TV out of Crown Court"

As TV cameras begin broadcasting the Court of Appeal a leading barrister insists it's still not right to allow cameras in criminal courts

Strict laws have historically limited the recording and broadcast of court proceedings.
