Leaders clash in Commons over fuel bills

The cost of energy bills has again dominated Prime Minister's Questions, with heated exchanges between the two main party leaders in the House of Commons.

Ed Miliband accused the prime minister of being a PR man for the energy companies and David Cameron responded by calling Labour's plans for a freeze on energy bills a "con".

The government is due to announce new plans to investigate competition within the industry on Thursday.
