Councils prepare for migrant influx of Bulgarians and Romanians

In just under a month, the restrictions on people from Bulgaria and Romania wanting to live and work in the UK will be lifted.

When both countries joined the EU in 2007, controls were placed on the number of citizens who could seek jobs in other EU states.
