Mark Duggan: Shot man 'was a threat' firearms officer says
A Metropolitan Police firearms officer, who arrived on the scene of the shooting of Mark Duggan just minutes after it happened, has spoken to the BBC.
Duggan, a 29-year-old father of six, was shot by police who stopped the taxi in which he was travelling in Tottenham, north London, in August 2011.
His death led to a protest in Tottenham which sparked widespread riots across England.
The officer, who was a member of the specialist firearm command branch, is no longer with the Metropolitan Police.
She now works in the security industry and wants to remain anonymous.
