Battle of Waterloo site in Belgium to get permanent memorial

A Belgian farm which played a key role in The Duke of Wellington's victory at the historic Battle of Waterloo is to become a permanent memorial to the British soldiers who fought there.

Hougoumont had been neglected and forgotten but nearly 200 years later, a £3m project to restore it is under way.

Robert Hall was given exclusive access as work began.
