Susanna Reid goes bananas for monkeys banned from eating them

Susanna Reid tasted a "human cultivated" banana on Wednesday's Breakfast programme after finding out monkeys in a Devon zoo have been banned from eating them.

Keepers at a Paignton Zoo have banned monkeys from eating the bananas saying that they are too sugary.

They say it is putting their health at risk and will be fed vegetables instead.
