Somerset floods: Environment Agency in dredging row

The Environment Agency has been criticised as flood warnings for south-west England remain in force.

Residents blame the agency for a lack of regular dredging - saying they have been warning of problems for years.

Environment Secretary Owen Paterson met farmers and council leaders in the area, where a "major incident" has been declared and large parts remain under water.

Jon Kay reports.
