Shifting sands to protect Dutch coast from flooding

A delegation of experts from the Netherlands is in London to advise the UK government on long-term measures to prevent flooding.

The Dutch have long experience of dealing with the threat of rising water levels - and their annual budget for what they call water management is five times that of the UK.
