Cockermouth floods: Rebuilding a business after 2009 devastation

In 2009, unprecedented rainfall caused rivers and streams to spill into hundreds of homes and businesses in Cockermouth.

Since then, some of the people who live and work there have struggled to afford insurance, and many have had to rebuild their businesses.
