Cpl Ellement's mother: 'My daughter went through hell'

The mother of Cpl Anne-Marie Ellement has said her daughter, who was found hanged in her barracks, "went through hell".

Bullying and the "lingering" effect of an alleged rape were factors in Cpl Ellement's suicide, a coroner has ruled.

Alexandra Barritt said "proper care" of her daughter was not taken.

Cpl Ellement, 30, from Bournemouth, died in October 2011.
