Norfolk crash: Lord Ballyedmond raised concerns over helicopter

It has emerged that a Conservative peer killed in a helicopter crash in Norfolk on Thursday night had started legal proceedings against the manufacturer of the aircraft.

Lord Ballyedmond was one of four people who died when the helicopter came down in deep fog.

He was suing Augusta Westland, claiming his helicopter had technical defects.

Sian Lloyd reports.
