Hillsborough inquest: Tribute to Arthur Horrocks

Jon Horrocks' father Arthur was one of 96 people who died following overcrowding at Hillsborough during the FA Cup semi-final in April 1989.

Background statements are being read out in court at the start of the new inquest into the disaster.

Mr Horrocks repeated his mother Susan's statement outside court later. She described Arthur as a "wonderful husband and best-friend".
