PM in Dawlish as storm-hit train line reopens

The main railway line through Dawlish in Devon has reopened after part of the track was destroyed during winter storms.

A 300-strong Network Rail team, known as the "orange army", worked around the clock to rebuilt the track at a cost of £35m.

Prime Minister David Cameron visited Dawlish and praised those involved, saying it had taken "a Herculean effort" to get the project completed so quickly.
