Rotary Young Citizen Award for sex abuse counsellor

Charity worker Lucy Daldy is to receive one of this year's Rotary Young Citizen Awards.

Lucy was sexually abused by a family friend when she was eight-years-old, and now runs a charity in Dagenham which supports and counsels young victims of sexual abuse.

Her work has earned her one of this year's awards which recognises the inspirational achievements of young people.
