Roger Bannister reflects on the moment he made history

Sixty years ago today Roger Bannister became the first person ever to run a mile in under four minutes on a cold, windy day in Oxford.

He later went on to become an eminent neuro-surgeon. He recently revealed he is suffering from Parkinsons disease.

Sir Roger has been reliving the moment he made history.
