Calls to rededicate a memorial to honour Lord Kitchener

In 1916 one of the key figures in the First World War, Lord Kitchener, set off in stormy seas from Orkney to negotiate with the Tsar of Russia.

But Kitchener never made it - he was killed when his vessel struck a mine and sank.

A cliff-top memorial was built to honour him, but now there are calls for it to be rededicate to recognise the other 649 people who also died on the ship.
