Cameron urges fans to keep supporting England

David Cameron has said the country should get behind England's World Cup team rather than "question the team or the tactics".

England are on the brink of elimination from the World Cup after losing 2-1 to Uruguay on Thursday night.

Mr Cameron told the BBC that he watched the game and was disappointed by the result.
