WW1: BE2 biplane replica lands at Headcorn airfield

In August 1914, the first WW1 planes to touch down in France were BE2 biplanes from the Number 2 Squadron of the Royal Flying Corps.

Stephen Slater flew his replica BE2 from Northamptonshire to Headcorn airfield to prepare for a 'Then and Now' flypast - an event that has been delayed by bad weather.

He spoke to Nick Higham.
