Bishop of Manchester criticises PM's Iraq response

The Bishop of Manchester has criticised Prime Minister David Cameron's response in Iraq, saying that the lives of Christians and other civilians there are being put at risk.

Speaking to BBC News, the Right Reverend David Walker said the government had a "moral responsibility" to help people in Iraq.

"There has been too much silence, for too long, from too high up," he said.
