Boy shot by US police had 'baby face' says family lawyer
A 12-year-old boy shot dead by police in the US city of Cleveland had a "baby face" according to the family's lawyer, Timothy Kucharski.
Tamir Rice had been seen carrying what turned out to be a replica gun in a playground.
Police say an officer fired two shots after he failed to obey an order to raise his hands.
Mr Kucharski told Sarah Montague that Tamir could not have been mistaken for an adult: "The issue becomes ascribing adult conduct and behaviour to a 12-year-old child."
