Passenger films inside 'faulty' Virgin plane and on runway

A passenger on a Virgin Atlantic Boeing 747 which suffered 'technical issues' with its landing gear, filmed inside the plane and on the runway after it landed safely.

Virgin flight VS43 was travelling from Gatwick to Las Vegas when it had to return to the West Sussex airport.

Gatwick's runway is shut causing severe delays and flights to be diverted.

Hardeek Desai captured the moment fuel was jettisoned to re-balance the aircraft and emergency vehicles on the runway.

He spoke to the BBC about the emergency landing.
