Palace 'emphatically denies' sex claims in second statement

Buckingham Palace has issued a new statement denying any contact or relationship between Prince Andrew and a woman who claims she was forced to have sex with him.

It is the second statement the palace has made, after further details were published in Sunday newspapers.

The allegations have been made by an American woman in court papers filed in the United States.
