Ban racists from social media, says report

Social media users who spread racial hatred online could be given so-called "internet asbos" to block them from using sites such as Twitter and Facebook, according to MPs.

A prevention order is one suggestion from a group who have been investigating rising levels of anti-Semitism in the UK.
