'Systemic' problems at Stoke Mandeville hospital led to Savile abuse

An independent report has found Jimmy Savile abused 63 people connected to Stoke Mandeville Hospital, despite one formal complaint being ignored.

The report highlighted that there were 'systemic' problems at Stoke Mandeville Hospital.

Three senior doctors at the hospital have also been accused of sexual abuse, including the recent conviction of Michael Salmon.

The BBC's Christian Fraser gives reaction to the report's findings.
