Former armed forces chief 'mystified' by police search

A former head of the British armed forces has emphatically denied any involvement with a paedophile ring that is alleged to have operated in Britain's highest circles in the 1970s and 80s.

Lord Bramall is one of Britain's most decorated soldiers.

He said he was "mystified" when police raided his home in Surrey.
