David Cameron: Fifa's Sepp Blatter 'should go'

David Cameron has called on Fifa President Sepp Blatter to step down, amid mounting allegations of corruption surrounding football's governing body.

Speaking to the media, the UK prime minister said that the claims had shown the "ugly side of the beautiful game".

"He should go and the sooner that happens the better," Mr Cameron added.

Meanwhile, Mr Blatter called for unity in a speech to delegates ahead of a vote on the Fifa presidency.
