Jean-Claude Juncker: Britain not seeking to leave the EU

The President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker, has said he believes David Cameron wants to use the referendum on Britain's future in the EU to secure the UK's membership.

In an interview for a German newspaper he insisted it was for the British to say what they wanted and the EU would then examine those requests.
