Honeymooners among first through gates as Alton Towers reopens

Alton Towers has reopened following a rollercoaster crash which left 16 people injured.

Craig and Jess Cooper, who are on their honeymoon, were among the first through the gates when it reopened on Monday.

They told the BBC's Andrew Plant the accident had been "horrific" and "sad" but they had decided to go ahead with their honeymoon visit.
