Jet2 'sorry' for communication breakdown after Tunisia attack

Commercial Director for Jet2, Steve Lee, has said the company was sending four aircraft to bring holidaymakers home, following a fatal shooting at a beach resort in Tunisia in which 38 people were killed.

And he said he wanted to apologise to customers who felt the company had not communicated with them.

Around a thousand holidaymakers have already been flown home on specially chartered flights.
