7/7 attacks: 'There was silence, then screams'
Jacqui Putnam was on the train when a bomb exploded at Edgware Road in the 7/7 attacks in London.
Although an office first aider, she says she did not know what to do in the aftermath of the blast.
Since then, Jacqui has joined the Red Cross and says she has to "make sure something good comes out of this".
52 people died in the suicide bomb attacks on 7 July 2005.
