Rotherham abuse scandal: Police 'making progress'

South Yorkshire Police insists progress is being made after the Rotherham child abuse scandal.

A report by Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary says major improvements are still needed in the force, after "serious concerns" about their approach to child protection were raised last year.

Ingrid Lee, the Assistant Chief Constable of South Yorkshire Police, says significant changes have been made.
