A look at the politics of Black Twitter

Black Twitter is a concept which started in the US and has become a platform to discuss issues from cultural activism to shared experiences in growing up black.

It is a form of collective identity in the digital age which has attracted millions of followers around the world.

Now a new research project at Leeds University is recording the politics of Black Twitter in the UK.
