Pensioner's data sold by charities 'over 200 times'

The information commissioner is investigating claims that an 87-year-old man has had his personal details sold on by charities over 200 times.

According to the Daily Mail, information about Samuel Rae, who has dementia, was also passed on to alleged conmen, who then tricked him out of thousands of pounds.
