Why is cod back on the menu?

Cod has long been off the menu after warnings that stocks are falling.

Now, consumers are being encouraged to eat more cod as an occasional treat, after a rise in North Sea numbers.

Don Tyler, a fish merchant at Billingsgate Fish Market, explained to the BBC's John Maguire why cod is back on the menu.
