Merseyside Chief Constable: 'Incredibly sad day' for police

Chief Constable Sir Jon Murphy said it was an "incredibly sad day" for Merseyside police after one of the their officers was killed.

Constable David Phillips was attempting to stop a stolen vehicle when it ran him over.

Sir Jon said the officer "did not stand a chance".
