How flammable are children's Halloween costumes?

With Halloween approaching, parents and children are starting to plan their costumes, but the potential dangers of children's fancy dress costumes hit the headlines last year when TV presenter Claudia Winkleman's daughter was badly burned,

The government has ordered spot checks of costumes, and some stores do extra testing.

But two leading burns experts have told BBC Breakfast that current safety standards do not go far enough.
