Georgia Williams family: 'Don't let this happen again'

An independent report into the murder of Georgia Williams a 17 year-old from Telford in Shropshire will be published tomorrow.

It is expected to look into the handling of previous incidents involving her killer Jamie Reynolds.

There have been complaints that important opportunities were missed to tackle Reynolds' behaviour in the years before the murder which happened in May 2013.
