Prince William: Grief is the most painful experience

Prince William has said that his mother, Diana, believed that "grief is the most painful experience", a view which, as he has grown up, he has found he shares.

He was speaking at a dinner for the charity Child Bereavement UK.

Princess Diana died in a car crash in 1997, when William was 15.
