Motorway driving fears: How to drive safely

The prospect of driving at high speeds and changing lanes on motorways can be intimidating to new drivers.

But new figures suggest it is not just those who have recently learnt to drive who are put off - as many as 13,000 drivers a day actively change their route to avoid motorways.

BBC Breakfast joined new driver Rebekka Holland as she took the plunge for the first time.
