Man accused of poppy day knife plot 'is chef'

A man accused of plotting a terror attack leading up to Remembrance Day last year has told a court that he bought a knife because he was a a chef.

Haseeb Hamayoon denies planning a Lee Rigby style murder and said he regretted posting material online in favour of Islamic State militants.
