Victim's son 'won't celebrate Yorkshire Ripper move'

Yorkshire Ripper Peter Sutcliffe's mental health has improved and he could be returned to jail.

He murdered 13 women and started his 20 life sentences in a normal prison in 1981.

He was moved to the psychiatric unit at Broadmoor three years later after being diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia.

Sutcliffe's first victim was Wilma McCann, who was murdered in 1975.

Speaking to the BBC, her son Richard McCann said he agreed Sutcliffe should be moved if deemed fit, but that he would "not be celebrating".
