UK floods: Storm Frank batters Scottish border town Peebles

Power cuts, widespread flooding and landslips have all been reported as Storm Frank continues to batter Scotland.

Thousands of homes are without power in the north east, Argyll, the Borders, Highlands, Hebrides and Northern Isles.

Scottish Border's Council say they expect the worst of the flooding to be in Peebles area.
