English lessons funding to tackle Muslim women's 'segregation'

The prime minister has announced a £20m fund to help Muslim women learn how to speak English, in order, he says, to tackle segregation in some British communities.

David Cameron also said that a lack of English would be taken into account, when visa applications for spouses were being processed.

He claims the move will help to create a more cohesive society and counter extremism.
