Draft copy of Jimmy Savile BBC abuse report leaked

A deferential culture and a failure to ask questions - that is how Jimmy Savile managed to get away with some 60 sexual assaults, including four rapes, while on BBC premises.

But according to a leaked draft report of Dame Janet Smith's review into Saville and the BBC, the top managers at the corporation were unaware of his offences.

BBC media correspondent David Sillito has been speaking to one executive who did speak to Savile.
