Surrey PCC Kevin Hurley was 'not confident' with Lynne Owens in charge

Surrey's Police and Crime Commissioner Kevin Hurley says that he was "not confident" in the force when Lynne Owens was in charge of Surrey Police.

Mr Hurley also said that he was advised by a leading lawyer that he had enough evidence to require her to resign.
