Didcot Power Station: 'I heard a massive explosion behind me'

A major incident has been declared following a building collapse at Didcot Power Station in Oxfordshire.

Blaine Morris-Smith was walking his dog when he saw what he thought was an explosion and filmed this video on this phone.
