Osborne warns of possibility of more spending cuts

The Chancellor George Osborne has warned that despite years of cuts to public spending, there may be more to come.

He says the risks to the UK economy are bigger than at any time since the banking crash and the British economy has not grown as much as he had expected.

He is currently in China for a meeting of the G20 finance ministers.
