Sacked Christian magistrate plans legal action

A magistrate from Kent who was dismissed for saying it was better for a child to be adopted by a man and a woman, rather than a same-sex couple, is taking his case to an employment tribunal.

Richard Page, who is a devout Christian, will argue that he was discriminated against because his religious beliefs.
