Baroness Campbell : 'I thought I would get civil rights'

Disabled people are being failed by the government, according to a House of Lords report.

It found they are being let down in all areas of life after it examined how effective the Equality Act has been since its inception in 2010.

According to the report, a lack of enforcement means public transport, hotels, restaurants and places like football stadiums are often still inaccessible.

Baroness Jane Campbell is one of the authors of the report. She says nothing has changed since the Disability Discrimination Act of 1995.
